They said the new battery would be installed by the end of the day and actually were finished a little after noon. Customer service was horrible, they don't communicate well with customers. They also made me pay for something that I shouldn't have been charged for. They also washed my vehicle afterwards and broke one of my windshield blades. Why they washed my car is beyond me. Didn't even let me know they were doing it. I just don't understand. I will not take my vehicle back there.
