It was a terrible experience. After driving for a full hour to get there the sales person pulled a totally different car than the one we have been texting and talking about. When I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in I was told it was sold half hour prior to my arrival. Deceiving sales tactics. The vehicle still appears in multiple platforms.

Our salesperson was professional, friendly and polite. Really enjoyed meeting him! However, the car we were interested in had an issue (oil leak) which we discovered when looking under the hood. So, we decided to "pass" on that particular car, but would certainly consider others from this dealership, should something else come along.

I went down and test drove two cars. I asked the dealer to give me a rough idea of what the payment would be without running my credit score so I could check with my insurance company to see if I could afford the total payments without affecting my credit instead they ran my credit through 30 different lenders after I left the facility.

The price was different from what was initially announced. In addition to the standard dealer fees and taxes, they were adding upgrades that were not mentioned in the advertisement. This is a used car, not a brand new one where upgrades are expected to be selected.

Vehicle was fine and as advertised. Price was jacked up $1500 because I would not accept their financing. Price was jacked up about $1200 more with mandatory extras like a flashing brake light and a theft system, already installed but not mentioned in ad. Very pushy, trying to rush us to buy that day. Walked out. Sales manager called repeatedly denied all of the above occured but did not apologize or make offer.

The salesman I worked with was great. Very straightforward but the dealership puts these aftermarket items in the car and then hit you with an exorbitant charge for them whether you want them or not. You don't have the option to have them removed so expect higher prices than the advertised price you see.

Horrible experience, we had a deal through text message, I explained my budget and had everything pre-approved, all we had to do was sign the vehicle over to me and it was a done deal. They wanted me to come to the dealership to show them my car, which I agreed to as we had a deal already in place. I arrived and they decided to change the deal, tons of unnecessary add ons which I told them I would not need, and pricing was way off from what we agreed upon. Tried re-negotiating to our original deal and the sales manager who hides in his office, drew a line though my deal and said to get the original deal I would need to finance through them. This was not part of our previously agreed upon deal, needless to say I walked out and bought a car that day elsewhere. I won't ever go back; place is dishonest and a complete waste of time. I would not suggest this place.

Awful experience from start to finish when we finally got up and walked out. Trying to charge us $1300 for extra products we did not want, one of which is ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CT! Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards require all lights, except signals, to be "steady-burning" - one of these extra products was for tail lights to flash. The other was a theft management system, which they install so they can track down the car to repo it if you do not pay your loan payments. This is important because they will force you to use their financing (which I have read reviews of them charging SIXTEEN PERCENT) or they will charge you ANOTHER $1500. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! Completely unethical standards.

They run a scam on the car apps stating a price then raising the price if you don't want their financing. They try to scam you by stating they added extra accessories for which you never asked for to raise the price. It's a horrible way to do business. I've been to multiple dealerships that did not run these scams. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove a hour and a half through a snow storm that started about half way through the drive as I watched multiple cars and trucks skid off the highway into the median. I took a risk to Finnish the trip only to have this horrendous experience.
