I had picked up a screw in my tire. My neighbor changed my leaking tire to my spare but I needed to get my original tire fixed. Called Blaise Ford in Mansfield and they got me in the next morning. The tire was only a year old, so they put in a plug. I have all my service done at Blaise Alexander Ford. Their service department is trustworthy & top notch!

I've been depending on them for years. I've known the staff and felt comfortable. Previous service managers were friends I knew a number of the technicians - some of whom were former students. BUT - 3/12 hours to install three NEW tires? I think they lied when I asked if they had the tires on-site. They also probably assigned a trainee to "level" the tires which took a LONG time.

Nice place to hang out as car is being serviced. Took a half hour longer than necessary, because the plug or whatever was not onsite for the oil change (for a Subaru - a part always gets changed on a Subaru which I did not know before). The checkout was a little stressful as I was going to be charged for the oil change, yet I purchased a Gold Star plan where the changes are free.

Customer service was lack luster. I am still having acceleration issues that I was told was not an issue and I hit a button, when I asked they discounted my concern. I am now sitting at a tire shop 1700 miles from home because I was unaware of tire tread and alignment issues even though I had an oil change at a FORD dealer last week. Very disappointed

Was kept waiting. Had to go ask what was going on after 2 hours. Mechanic couldn't find problem , said they think it might be alternator (1200 dollars !!). Still charged me 250 even tho it's not my fault that couldn't figure it out. Also had a list of other problems, no estimate on those. Won't be ake it there again, may trade it in.

Had oil change months before it cost 65 and now 95 im not happy about it oil disposal fee i will take the old oil and tell my wife 1400 for brakes and 1400 for tires come on I can get all the brake parts for 200 and tires for 500

They replaced 4 tires and a TPM in the left rear tire. They come and told me that it would be longer than they thought in a timely fashion. They also done a 4 wheel alignment . It was roughly 3 hours.
