Second time I brought the car in I requested a test drive with the lead mechanic and he immediately diagnosed the problem as a cracked bushing. Subsequent inspection confirmed his diagnosis.

Went in for an oil change and was told I needed $7,000 of bogus maintenance work. $4,700 for upper oil pan GASKET replacement and $750 for fan vent screen replacement plus a few silly things. I was told that they hand washed the car and it wasn't touched. Won't be be returning there.
