The entire service entry did not happen. I do not use this tire store nor ever have since I've owned this vehicle. I do all my service and repairs and log them all in CarCare. This company was used by a previous owner and somehow I keep getting erroneous service entry's done by them. I've tried to alert Carfax about this since purchasing this vehicle around 70k miles ago but it never gets resolved.The most current is Case# 19438671

I was there for tire rotation. Customer Service was great and the work was done in a timely fashion. I didnt have an appointment, I called to see if I could get a rotation, I was asked, when did I want to get it done.
I said now, that I'm close by, they told me to come on and I did. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Everything was great. Very honest folks - I wanted an oil change, but they told me that whoever changed the oil the last time (the Sunaru dealer) over-tightened the filler plug. Rather then risking damage, they did not attempt to remove the plug and only charged me for the filter they replaced.
