I was able to get an appointment right away. The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite. It wasn't long after I dropped my car off I received a call with all the details about what was going on with the car and an accurate estimate of the repairs. I will recommend Black's to everyone. They are very efficient and knowledgeable.

I will be back for all my needs. They were so friendly, personable, and h ok best with us. I came in for an alignment and they checked my truck. After a few minutes, they told me I really didn't need an alignment. Most places would not tell me this and still charge me for the alignment. Nope not these people. I am very satisfied with my Vivian to this shop. Thanks BTS!

Scheduled appointment for 4 new tires. Daniel was helpful in determining type of tire, plus size. Explained why they should be replaced and need for alignment. Everything was completed quickly. Customer service was friendly & professional. Whole experience was great. Definitely recommend.

While on vacation 800 miles from home, I had issues with the front drive train on my 2011 Dodge Durango. Black's was able to accommodate my urgency to resolve the issue. Service was great!!!! People very polite and nice... I would prefer them and will not ever go back to Firestone... Man there was rude and said he couldn't help ... it was 4:30 they didnt close until 7pm and I had almost a flat tire... Blacks tire fixed my flat in a great time . Also it was pouring rain... Thankful for this great service...

Went in for an under warranty tire repair for a brand new tire purchased out of state. Didn't read the tire warranty's fine print that disclosed that certain Goodyear dealers didn't participate... Mason doesn't. But they quickly fixed the tire, charged me $22 and I was on my way. Good job Mason Tire.
