2.5 hour wait for a tire plug and inspection. Others came in after me with more complex issues and were out the door before my vehicle even moved. No, they did not have an appointment. They were men. They do provide great service, but if you are a female, be prepared to take a back seat while "the men" conduct their business.

We were on vacation when I discovered one of my tires would not stay inflated. I looked up the nearest tire repair on goggle and found that Black's Tire Service was 5 miles from me. I took it in and met the two very pleasant and helpful clerks, Rodger and Wesley who help me get the tire plugged. Although they were extremely busy, my wait time was comfortable.

The entire experience was terrific! These people are awesome. They are friendly and very efficient at servicing vehicles. I was in and out in an hour! It was the best customer service I have ever received at an automobile repair shop. I highly recommend them for your automotive service and or repairs!

This place is a joke! I had an appointment for an oil change. It took them an hour and 40 minutes. All they did was try to upsell me. Took out my engine filter, my cabin air filter and then told me I needed new spark plugs. I asked for them to rotate the tires. My bill says they did and they didn't. I'll mark my tires! I will never go here again, nor will I refer it to anyone. If you are smart, stay away from this place!
