Twice I had my Lexus back to the discount tire store that install four new tires to address a very noticed vibration. Discount store "checked" tire balance than told me I needed a brake job??? Hank resolved the issue by correctly balancing the tires. Hank is honest and does work at a fair price.

They were excellent. Was told by a dealership that I needed a new compressor. But Black Bear couldn't find anything wrong with the compressor and just recharged the freon. Big $$$ and it works great. Would recommend Black Bear to anyone. They were great.

Black Bear was by far the best service I have ever received from a mechanic! They are super affordable, very quick, and have great commutation! Tina and Hank even went in on their day off so I would be able to get my car when I really needed. I doubt I will be going anywhere else anytime soon. Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding as always. This time they fixed a problm that the dealership caused. It was diagnosed and explained to me, fixed and got me on my way in no time. If not detected it could have caused further problems and issues with the drivetrain.
