I liked how I was handled and cared for by my service person! She explained what work needed to be done on my 2009 CRV, which did not make me happy bc it looked like I needed an upgrade! She offered Bisbee's services if I was looking to upgrade! She felt my pain, that's what made it personal, I felt she genuinely cared!

The weatherstripping on my drivers side door was separating from the door. The incorrect pieces were ordered the first time. Resulting in an additional visit. I wasn't called when the first part came in. And after the correct piece was received and installed 7/31/25 it has once again separating from the door on 8/5/25. It didn't even make it a week.

My vehicle needed turbo repairs. I had several concerns and Reshod was so patient in listening and resolving my issues. The communication during my repairs was top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything in detail and that all my concerns were addressed with the mechanic. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Reshod Harris has done a marvelous job by informing me what was being done every time my car was being touched by a service technician. He even checked on me frequently while I was on service being performed while I was waiting in the waiting room.Just those service technicians keep on missing to replace my valve caps after a tire rotation

Service department couldn't do a simple tire change. They changed the WRONG tire. My 18 year old daughter noticed and nobody in service noticed. It was correct on paperwork. I get we arecall human and everyone makes mistakes but this is not the first issue with the service department. The reps are fantastic but the actual technicians not so much

Ed was very friendly and appropriate. Way too slow - 3 hours just to diagnose a faulty sensor that prevented the sliding door from closing. ( Not Ed's fault) And very expensive. Sadly this seems to be normal for owning new vehicles. And I still have to go back to get the work done.

My technician, Mr. Tracy Carter listened to my needs for the vehicle and took care of things. Also called me when it was ready . Always very professional and courteous. What I didn't like? When I called the number to be connected to the service department, it takes about 3 calls, for someone to answer. This should be addressed.

5 stars because of Tracy Carter. There have been issues with Bisbee's Service Department, which were handled, but not necessarily in a friendly manner. There has never been an issue when Tract is the service advisor. I recommend this service department with the caveat to ALWAYS go throught Tracy for anything you have done.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely pleasant and accommodating- the only complaint I have is the car showed maintenance due and low tire pressures- this was easily rectified when i went back - panel had just not been reset- mistakes happen - otherwise service was excellent

poor , i scheduled an appointment for 4:15 arrived at the dealership before 4 an did not leave till almost 6pm . too much time spent waiting when an appointment was in place. appointments shouldn't be accepted if they still gon take hours. an i was only there for an oil change .

The service team at Bisbee Honda got my transmission fixed a day EARLIER than they promised. Reshod was my advisor who promptly let me know it was going to be ready early. Met Mark the service manager who explained the details of the repair. I will never go to another Honda store after my experience with Bisbee.

It took them 3 hours to do an oil change. They also put the lift on wrong and it damaged my running board. The good thing about that is they said they would replace the running boards for free. The part I have the most trouble with is that it too 3(three) HOURS to do a regular oil change and tire rotation.

I had traveled 2 hours to purchase a vehicle and the trade price was not honored and the online price changed. The vehicle was listed online for $26,000 and they added a "required" charge of $1000 for exterior protection and a warranty. The interior of the vehicle was not detailed and due to the sale being completed after hours, it wasn't clean. In fact, there is a greasy substance in the carpet on the trunk area that wasn't cleaned.

I went for first maintenance. There had been a recall and the young man who helped me said the replacement part had arrived. If I wanted to wait a little longer, they could take care of the maintenance and the replacement. It only took a little over and hour. I was very impressed.
