Bings has been my mechanic for over 20 years. What I appreciate most about them is their honesty. I don't know much about cars so you can tell me I need a new engine, and I wouldn't know the difference. There have been plenty of times I have brought my car to them thinking I had a major issue, and it has not been. I highly recommend their services.

All this cold weather, killed my old battery!! I called and they were able to get me right in. They work great as a team. Roy changed the battery, Carmen brought me the car, Kathy took care of the paperwork and Kim checked in to see how things went. A very positive experience and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I love this place. It's literally the only shop in springfield that I'll go to and that I've been to. The work is always exceptional, and fast. I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Bings Auto on St James, you won't regret it!

As always great service from Bings. Had been monitoring brake wear over an extended period of time until service needed. Requested they check out other suspension parts when car on the lift. Received a call back to further discuss future needs. I love my 13 year old, 200,000 mile car. Bings always tells me when something can wait and when its time to service. They help me give my car the TLC it needs when its most appropriate.

Professional, friendly and honest people at this family owned and run shop. Previous mechanic wanted to charge me 3x the amount to fix the car and never even addressed the oil problem properly in the first place. Bings saved the day. Highly recommend.
