today was good service. broke down on the road . called for a tow .they showed in 20 min. got the vehicle in and fixed in 2 days. not bad considering i was not on the schedule.

Bill's shop was amazing. From the emergency roadside tow, to the help with the hotel (discount) and getting us repaired and back on the road. It was the cleanest shop I've ever been inside, and the staff were all very friendly. A++++ would break down in Angola Indiana again!

Fantastic service!!! Quick toll and Fast repair the Serpentine belt broke out of state came right away to Pilot to pick up my vehicle. Highly Recommend Bills Professional Towing !!! This Serpentine has been replaced before 2 times by Barber Ford in last 2 years. Talked to mechanic at Barber Ford into this and it was a Ford Belt so they were checking into this of why this happened again.

They replaced a CV axle with an aftermarket part that did not fit properly. We were able to drive the car approximately 150 miles before it stopped working. Fortunately it broke down across the street from a Honda dealership so it is being properly repaired now.
