Lied and tried to make me pay more money saying I was low on certain oil in my car
But when my grandpa showed me, it was completely full still, they wanted to because I am new with no knowledge and tried to cheat me out of money
Wouldn't recommend a place that wants all your money and wants $100+ for just a glance at the car, then hundreds to actually fix it

They diagnosed my issue as being a bad wheel bearing and axle. After having it for a week they called and said the rear differential was also bad. They replaced all 3 components and when I got my car back the initial problem is still present. $5000 in work and the problem still exists.

Our Service Tech is the absolute best! He provided me with upcoming service needs at a prior visit which allowed me to be able to address these needs at this service I was able to schedule myself online and asked him to address my brakes as I asked and didn't try to ADD additional services that were not necessary.

Air Conditioner wasn't working, told me the parts needed ordered from Omaha. I went in on a Wednesday he said parts need to come from Omaha I can make an appt for you on Monday. I order things for my work all the time it can be here the next day. I said no, I'm going out of town for weekend I need air-conditioning. He changed it to Friday, gave me 6 different times I could bring it in..

I have a 2011 Kia Sorento that I have had to replace the ignition 3 times because the key gets stuck and the steering column locks. The first time it was covered by warranty. The last 2 times I had to pay. They should have a better warranty on the parts they replace.

They got our car right in. Took it in for a computer update. They kept us updated on when the car was going to be done. Also looked at other stuff in are car. Let us know how the tires and cabin filter were doing. Everyone was very nice.
