Friendly and courteous. Got the job done. Was hard making the appointment because nobody called me back to confirm it. I used the chat button on website and Jennifer claimed my appointment was set but someone would call me and they never did. I finally got hold of someone to set up our time.

The people in the service shop at Billingsley Hyundai have been really nice to work with. My 2021 Elantra is my first new car purchase (I bought it at Billingsley), so I've tried to keep up basic maintenance through their department. Dalton and Ethan were usually the guys who helped me with maintenance decisions or issues at hand. They've done an excellent job.

I was told my back brakes were "metal on metal". I declined the service and just got the oil changed. Got home and checked my back brakes (removed the tires, and calipers and inspected the brake pads). My pads were no where near "metal on metal" with the rotor. Is there not an honest dealership anymore?

I do apologize for you being told your rear brakes were metal on metal I have review your inspection and the rech recorded your brake linings at 2mm in the rear and on our inspection that is a rating in the red.
