Misty is an asset to your company. She is always helpful and works through any problem as a true professional. My rating above is due to the fact that I have had to return 3 times to get the brakes on my vehicle replaced as they were faulty.

Not the same experience we've previously had at this dealership. Having the correct parts prior to the date the vehicle is scheduled for service seems basic. If there's a delay, appointments should be rescheduled.

I liked my X6 was serviced oil change quickly and efficiently including the car wash while I waited in the nice lounge surfing the net on my laptop. They just need to watch the snack chips available as it was running low and had limited choices.

3/21...Messed up my driver side window film and didn't even let me know.still don't know if Bill Pearce BMW will cover the repairsexpect much better from a BMW dealer......only one star rating 3/24....saw supervisor, Brandy, who promised to have Bill Pearce dealership pay for repair....changing rating to 4 stars...they promised to make it right, but still upset they didn't notify me when it happened
