I feel so much safer since the technicians checked and replaced my driver side windshield wiper because it smeared the window with each swipe. I reported this with my earlier visits to the service departments and was ignored. Thank you - the new wiper makes such a difference and this attention to detail changed my opinion about Bill Page Toyota service. Good work and I will be back.

Service experience with Advisor Tyler Doss was excellent, outstanding and very helpful. As for the online scheduling: it was a bad experience and I was unable to easily schedule the service. Using the chat function was not helpful - even cut me off. Please look into fixing your online website scheduling services. Thanks.

Awful! Kept my vehicle 8 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Told me I needed additional work done but never quoted a price and I had to call back two separate occasions to finally get them to give my vehicle back to me.Spoke to the service manager to report my experience and he was as bad or worse trying to upsell me brakes that my vehicle didn't need!!

Could have communicated more at the beginning to update me about my car, even though there was no progress. No loaner available for 2 days, but explained that. Once they were able to move the car and work on it communication was good. Everyone was pleasant, polite & courteous. It was a weird problem and I understand it took a while to figure it out.

My issue is with my new Toyota Tacoma. I have continual issues with remote start and the GPS system recognizing me after 8 months. I am told Toyota is apple-friendly and I have an android, so I guess I will never buy a Toyota again. Frankly, I'd like to return this one. Service technician (Abdul?) was as friendly and responsive as he could be. He's the reason for giving you a 3 rating instead of a 1.

I was there for oils change and other services as soon as stop inside the garage I saw the older man asked me a question you have an appointment? And I said yes I get off from my car and he was getting in .. he said hay young man here your credit card which I was forgotten in cups tray. I was soo happy and grateful that is make a proud coustomer and being with honest bill page employees.. Thank you!

Almost everything went as planned, and I am satisfied with the result. My one concern is with the slowness of the service. I made an appointment, and arrived on time. I stated in advance what I was seeking; namely, perfectly routine maintenance. It took them over two and a half hours to turn it around.

All fluids were supposed to be topped off but the windshield wiper flluer was not and it's completely empty. This makes me wonder about any other fluids. We don't drive the car much, so maybe the technician decided oh, they all should be fine.
