The window tint is stripped once we get the vehicle, and we place our own that way we are able to offer a lifetime warranty on it. It was just ok. The salesman, Ricardo was wonderful, but his hands were tied. The higher ups would not negotiate or come down by 2,000 dollars so l walked! The car is still there weeks later, so they must figure its worth it to sit around and wait for someone to spend just that much more. It's a shame in my view!

Asked about a specific car and after setting up a test drive, they called an hour before and tried to say it was already sold and were trying to sell me something more expensive before I even got there. Told them no thanks, and 20 minutes later they called back because the car was magically available now. Too much b.s. before even seeing a vehicle. Do not recommend.
