We like the video's of the tire testing that shows tread depth. We like the complete list of checklist items done to my car. The one problem we have is that we do not agree with how high Subaru is inflating the tires-38-39 psi. when the recommended is around 32 psi. Previous tires never reached their highway driving potential and we believe it is from over inflated tires that are done at the service.

It's clear this shop cares about its customers. The wait is long but they have complimentary beverages and are available for questions and updates. They recommend services needed but in a no pressure way that makes you feel heard. Great team there and it's really clean. I wish the tv played something other than tiny house nation on repeat but that's not the end of the world :)

The rep understood my problem and escalated it to the manager who helped me take care of it emicably. Subaru Forester has an ongoing problem with screws threading and it leads to over it threading and tire nuts break when try to service for tyre rotation etc and the Subaru charges $160.00 to fix it. Happens every time. Subaru should recall all Subaru Forrester and fix this problem

I am satisfied with the service; the following are just quibbles.
After pulling the car in, I had to wait quite a while for someone to show up. I did not mind the wait, but I did not know whether to wait or go inside. The uncertainty bothered me.
I did not find the video of the inspection to be helpful.
The mechanic's status report is useful.
