full of scams and made up charges , service advisor tell lies and make up prices took my car in for repair picked it up with almost 500.00 bill 200.00 over the competitors cost and then a new problem the airbag light is aluminates Nd i was told to bring in at a cost of 208.00 to diagnose i said wasn't it just diagnosed?

Completed tire rotation without my permission. Suggested I needed some addition work done however did not provide print out of suggested work or pricing. The checkout girl was rude and never even looked up at me..I will not return..I will take my Nissan to Ford.

I don't like they service had to send my car back more than once. And still have to send it back again. They not going a great job on fixing my car. I have to travel on the expressway and I don't feel safe in my car on the expressway. I could have died do to they still haven't fixed my car right.

I took in my Nissan Sentra to get some recall work done. The repair was done in a prompt manner. They also found a leak in the CVS and they fixed it during the same trip. I have always had good service at Bill Kay. The family owns three Nissan and Bill Kay has become my favorite dealer. Rick Funston was my Service Manager and he is always a pleasure to deal with.

Made an offer on a vehicle. Sales contact said he would bring the offer to the manager. That is the last I've heard from them. Even if the answer is no, it would be courteous to say so. No counter offer. Nothing. This is not a fast selling model, and is still listed two weeks later. Unprofessional, typical used car lot.

I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advanced and the dealership was not prepared with parts. They asked me to reschedule and come back. Although the mechanics were very friendly, they took over two hours to replace one airbag. They then tried to rush me out of their where I failed to realize they didn't give me a receipt and had to drive back.

I brought my Nissan leaf in for a recall. The staff is professional and courteous. The car was done at the time promised. AND the interior was wiped clean, the outside was washed and it was waiting on the charger when I picked it up. Thank you for your attention to detail and good customer service.

Had to wait for ten minutes while the guys chatted about a vacation spot. So much recommended maintenance on a new car that you can't tell real issues from the ones they just want to make money on. 10,000 miles on the engine and recommending fuel system flushes! $500+ Now they charge you to use a credit card as well. Who carries that much cash on you all the time since they don't tell you this until you get to the cashier. This is why I go to my regular mechanic except recalls.
