Pros: The car was as advertised. No bait and switch or doctored pictures online. Cons: 1. Extremely rushed experience. We may have had the shortest test drive in history before we were instructed to go back to the dealership. 2. The salesman didn't know anything about the vehicle we were viewing.

I did oil change. I also wanted to replace the maf sensor because other mechanic shops recommended it due to check engine light on my dashboard. Bill Kay Nissan told me that my maf sensor is fine and that the check engine light is on because of other problems with the engine which is affecting the maf sensor. They fixed the problems and now my Nissan drives like brand new car.

I felt as if I was spoken to in a dismissive manner. And, I felt that the service I received was overpriced, was not offered a coupon or asked if I had a coupon. I came there because it was close to my place of work. I will not return to a dealership for my service unless absolutely necessary. I have been a Nissan customer for many years, I am so disappointed.

Frank the service advisor was/is amazing. He's the ONLY reason for five star rating. The miscellaneous fees are bonkers and pricing is no longer competitive. Almost 10% of my bill was miscellaneous "add on" surcharges. Is what it is- I agreed to the estimate, but having no washer fluid when I left had me wondering what happened since last visit. My last maintenance was perfect.

Made an appointment to have a recalled hose replaced and an oil change. Apparently the part was not in stock. There was absolutely no communication from the service manager as I waited 3 hours. Also this place charges 3% to use a credit card but they offer "convenient" financing for service items. What a joke. I'll never return here for service or a purchase.

They cut us a key and then told us that we can use that key to drive the car over for the dealership. The key didn't turn the car on and I couldn't get a hold of a manager for over a week. I was finally able to get a full refund and no resolution.

I don't like they service had to send my car back more than once. And still have to send it back again. They not going a great job on fixing my car. I have to travel on the expressway and I don't feel safe in my car on the expressway. I could have died do to they still haven't fixed my car right.
