The dealership was unable to locate the camera to fix the non-working rear back up camera. The car is a 2025 Trailblazer purchased in September of 2024. Yes you read that correctly the car is less than 5 months old. As of today after multiple calls to corporate, no one can tell me when this camera will be available for my 2025 vehicle but I'm pretty certain they are manufacturing new ones with this part installed. I'm not happy!

This dealership does a great job with service. I dropped my truck for a recall repair and oil change with tire rotation. Time wasn't an issue so I left it for the day. That said, the advisor called me to update the timeline for completion and the tech sent a video of the inspection of my truck prior to starting the oil change. The people at the entire dealership are welcoming and friendly.
