Disappointing experience. My truck was 3 mos out of warranty. Got a call one day saying Ford was going to fix it. Got a call the next day saying they weren't and that it'd be $4,100. I went to the dealership to view their findings. Service advisor and I walked out into the shop. The mechanic brushed us off and would not talk to us. I paid, but will likely find another dealership for my service needs.

I don't like the fact that Bill F Ford doesn't record my mileage when reporting services rendered. This shop has so many vehicles to service and so little experience with electric vehicles that getting services performed on my Lightning is cumbersome and time consuming.

I liked that I was notified when the panels were available for the recall problem to be fixed and that I was able to get in quickly to get the panels replaced with the two new ones. I did not like that I had to come back the next day because the one of the panels was not installed properly.

Customer service was incredible! My truck was just serviced elsewhere and had an issue on drive from Dallas to Galveston. Pulled in to their service center late on a Friday and they took it in immediately and had us back on our way. Big thank you to John Mallory and their great service team!

notes on my receipt stated that i needed to replace brake pads and rotors ASAP, pads measured 2mm. I replaced them myself and the rotors were fine and the rear pads had plenty of pad left on them, the front pads were worn but did not need to be replaced ASAP. This gives me concerns about the service department

Took my truck in on Saturday, went on vacation thinking that surely a week was enough to get shocks, belt tensioner, oil change and balance tires. Nope, they never even looked at it. Went the next Friday and picked it up. My business wasn't important to them.
