Service is always good. But this time the tech used an impact tool on my wheel lock and broke the lock. So after several days the Service Manager did the right thing and had a new lock kit ordered. Overall it was fixed and yes could have been prevented but it's all good.

Had the tires balanced and rotated and the did not reset the sensors. I got a low tire warning half way home and had to turn around and go to a discount tire to have them fix the mistake. There was no flat tire, the dealership did not reset the sensors and it was showing the pressure on the spare. Had to drive 30 min back to town to get it fixed. Very annoying and wast of time.

There is nothing to dislike other than the 2 hour drive to get there. They know who you are when you walk in the door!! They sell so many trucks there and have been at the top of their game for so long it is a well oiled machine that operates on a higher standard than most places.

Fast service and nice staff. Did not perform a battery check, and it turns out the battery needed replacing. Additionally, though it was noted that my rear brake pads were in the red zone and needed immediate attention, no one mentioned that to me at the time. I only learned about it after reading the paperwork when I got home.

Disappointing experience. My truck was 3 mos out of warranty. Got a call one day saying Ford was going to fix it. Got a call the next day saying they weren't and that it'd be $4,100. I went to the dealership to view their findings. Service advisor and I walked out into the shop. The mechanic brushed us off and would not talk to us. I paid, but will likely find another dealership for my service needs.

I don't like the fact that Bill F Ford doesn't record my mileage when reporting services rendered. This shop has so many vehicles to service and so little experience with electric vehicles that getting services performed on my Lightning is cumbersome and time consuming.
