I dropped my vehicle off before business hours on a Monday. Wasn't updated once in the 1.75 weeks my vehicle was there, my hellcat was in their bays for over a week and a half, then left outside in the rain, unlocked, with the hood popped in a UNGATED LOT. I say I hated because they told me their lot was gated and secured. When asking for my keys the service advisor didn't have an answer, and didn't even seem apologetic. Only told me 3 warranty transmission jobs just came in, and that's the reason why my vehicle wasn't even diagnosed In 2 weeks. They told me 1-2 days diagnosis time. No managers were present at time of pick up. Extremely unprofessional and won't be taking my vehicle back for any work.

They had my Jeep for a month. 3 times the gave me a different story. First time they said it was done so I went to pick it up and they said it needed a new engine. Then they said they didn't know what was wrong with it. Then again approximately a month later I called and they said it would be done by the end of the day. About 10 minutes later they called back to say they didn't know what was wrong with it. After spending 1200.00 dollars on rental cars ai had it towed to a different dealership so I wouldn't go bankrupt on rental car expenses. Terrible communication and customer service. They don't care if you are going broke on rental cars and Lyft drivers it's not their money.

I used to love Bill Estes. I took my Chevy to them and then my jeep when I got it. But twice now they have failed to give me all the information to make a decision. This time they decided to tell me I needed new tires with no info of why just you need to do it now. I took my car someplace else and they kindly explained the situation and why they needed replaced ASAP. And I gladly gave them my money because they deserved it for how I was treated. Kindness and respect compared to the hurry up and sign in the dotted line I was given by Bill Estes.

The dealership had our vehicle for 2 days and we unable to determine the cause of the problem. We spent over $200 for no repair and lost a full day of work without the vehicle. The communication was less than acceptable. We had to call for updates and progress. The representative attempted to make an excuse for the delay, which was inaccurate. I have service completed on our other vehicle without problems in the past. This was appointment was very disappointing.

With me coming from a diesel tech from John deer I'm very hard to be fooled by false information from auto mechanics shops! With that being said Alex the tech that I always mandate to work on my vehicles and other family members is always very professional, thorough, knowledges you verbal opinions of the issues and works hard to find them and won't sweep them under the rug like your just an other number like most techs and dealerships do witch is very hard to find one that you trust anymore! I can trust Alex if there is nothing wrong I will believe that he's done his best to ensure he's correct and will take the time to explain any questions you have! This is a lot coming from a tech sense most are paid by the job and not the hour, so for not rushing through the job means they take pride on there customers and workmanship! I will always continue to have my services done here and refer others as well!

I went to Bill Estes to get my steering checked because my car was getting hard to steer. They checked it out and told me I came at a good time because I could have lost steering at any time. They fixed the problem and while the car was being fixed they gave me a ride home and called me the next day to let me know my car was ready. Now my car drives so much better and turns corners smoothly. Thank you so much for helping me out and keeping me safe.
