Dropped vehicle off for Ford Safety recall on Monday morning for one day repair did not not get it back until late Friday afternoon. Every day different excuse as to why was not done, waiting for parts, parts displayed not come in have to go elsewhere to get them , and finally vehicle needs to stay inside overnight. Parts should have been there in advance as they knew what was needed.

When I called to make a service appointment I had one within a week. This was something I was not used to back in Vermont. The staff and techs were extremely friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. When I picked up the vehicle I received the same friendly attitudes. I will be back for future service now that we have moved to Maine.

The service department did a warranty replacement of a keyless entry on our car that another local Ford dealer told me was caused by a rock hitting it. I'm still trying to figure out how a rock hitting it on the door. They will be our go to shop and dealer from now on.

The service adviser gave me a comprehensive list of recommended services, which I appreciated. The downside was the high cost of the services. I had only one of the services done and the bill was over $500. It took quite a bit of time, but I'm confident that the job was done properly and thoroughly.

Great service advisor- looking out for future service needed and not pressuring to complete services that can be planned for in the future. Brakes and tires moved from green to just in the yellow so this can be planned for both financial and timeliness. This gives me a level of trust that it isn't all about the sale at Bill Dube.
