I had to bring it back not once but twice to be fixed correctly. I was very disappointed. I greatly appreciate the loaner car while my vehicle is in the shop. I didn't like the EV loaner car that was loaned to me though. I had to sit at the dealership two separate times for over 45 minutes charging the car.

Not good at all. My truck was there for 3 days and they did not fix the problems. My door locks do not work and the service guys excuse for 3 days was that he could not get ahold of my warranty people and he even waited 20 mins on the phone and he didn't have time for that. Also my truck vibrates once it get to 65-70 mph and he says he don't know.

I had a great experience with this service. The staff was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place. The only thing to watch out for is the online booking system. It seems to have some glitches and doesnt sync with the shops repair scheduling system. So even if you get a confirmation text, make sure you call to confirm your appointment. I hope they fix this issue soon. Online booking is so convenient.
