Everything was great. After I left your dealership I stopped and traded the car on the way home. Driven Cadillacs all my life but probably won't have another one. Waited 7-8 months on parts to fix the CT6 so the engine light would go off. Not your fault but scared to buy another Cadillac. Rick (Ricky Freedle)

Advisor and tech were great team. Had an engine replaced, which is a horribly costly and unpleasant experience. Still, the Black Chevy team was easy to work with, keep good communications about the status, and did excellent work. Altogether making a tough experience much easier.

Nice people but I am disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a high end car and while there are signs touting Cadillac service, there were no rental vehicles. Also, it took me 3 trips and an early morning visit to confirm my complaint. I truly expected more from Black Cadillac. For that matter, I would have done just as well with Carvana or some other online service.

Bill Black has always taken excellent care of my vehicles (bought 1st Cadillac in 1988). Did take to local facility for oil change, shortly after service engine light! Took to Black, my trusted Service Advisor brought air and oil filter for me to view, they were unacceptable. Will never take to anyone other than certified Cadillac facility.
