Our equinox was clearly not running right. The dealership in Asheboro on two different occasions told us there was nothing wrong with the car. So we took it to Bill Black. They carefully diagnosed it and fixed what was quite a serious problem. They did it in a timely and respectful fashion. Nobody wants to do warranty work, but these people did the right thing.

Had an issue with my driver's seat that I felt like should have been covered under warranty and they had zero interest in helping me get GM to pay for the repair. Only after arguing with them did they finally agree to supposedly make a request to GM and it has been weeks with ZERO follow-up.

My appointment was at 10:00. There was a mixup in service and my car did not start to get service until 1:00. Then there was another problem with the service person. It was after 4: 00 before I finally got to leave. I was left setting in the waiting area the entire time.

They dont listen to the customer when you tell them something is wrong with your vehicle. They tell you we will have to see and let you know. Also knowing it was there fault that something was left off of the vehicle and they still going to charge you for it and not admit to there mistake.

What I didn't like was the 12V power supply as was not fixed yet I was charged to fix it. The vehicle is a 40' school bus but so to bring it back is a hassle. Since it is parked only a few miles away from your shop, could not the technician meet me at the bus and bring a new fuse (hopefully that is all it needs). Let me know if you can do this. Thanks. They worked with GM engineers to troubleshoot and correct problems related to multiple failing driver's side mirrors. Determined that there was a leak around sunroof that caused corrosion and shorting of wiring to drivers side door. Sealed leak and replaced corroded wiring.. working great still after several huge rain storms.

Will at the service desk was excellent. Communicated what was being done and what could be done in a few months. When I passed an employee they smiled and said good morning. It makes me feel welcome.
Your bathrooms need updating and/or repair. Glad you replaced the furniture in the waiting area.
I did want to take a glance at the new XT5. None on the floor and as I walked around no sales person ever approached me.
