No problem with getting a price quote ahead of time on the phone for a battery replacement. Rep suggested I come after 1:30 PM as he felt my wait would probably be less. He was right - they took my car right in! Pleasant employees and name brand battery.

I found a screw in right rear tire. Went to Big T whom I have used in the past. They very promptly checked me in, inspected the tire and found 3 nails/screws in the tire.
As usual, everyone involved was efficient, friendly, fair on their price and had me quickly back on the road. They're the best in Sebring/Avon Park area of Florida.

I enjoyed the service but will wait to see how good their recommended tires will be for my car. It looks like rotating my new tires was not part of the service they provided. I thought tire rotation was part of this type of service. If they did not rotate my tires it is a matter of concern to me

I purchased 4 new Cooper Tires. They were prompt in a call back for quote. Salesman was professional, knowledge and efficient. When I arrived for installation the tires were already pulled and invoice was ready. Installation took less than one hour. Extremely please with opporation.

Had car towed in stalled while driving. After 30 hours, they said nothing was wrong. Ran funny engine light still on. Completely dead next day. Had towed to other mechanic who only found loose battery terminal. Still ran funny. Took to o'Reilly's and they found error code p0106 . There's definitely something wrong. Lost 2 days of work and will probably get fired. Never again.

Everything fine, Jeff in sales is great person to deal with However, when I checked the air press in my tires on the truck which require 50 front 80 rear it was instead 62-65 front and 100- 110 rear. This was not good. Spoke with Jeff on this concern.
