They failed to mention an almost $4000 package that was added to my car when I prequalified and filled out initial paperwork. Pretty much told me to take it or leave it. This was at the beginning of June. I still do not have my vehicle's license plates because there was an issue with the title from the previous owner...which should've been addressed before selling me the car in the first place.

My sales person was helpful and informative, listening to my needs and request. However, she left me alone several times in the process. After the sale, I had a hard time getting call backs from her, the finance person or the manager. If you used a AMAZON GIFT CARD offer, forget it. A total fluke! All I got was a gift card for little know or far away restaurants that only offered discounts. I threw it away.

They told me things i needed done last time, which i questioned and didnt complete, and this time those issues were not even brought up! Also said i needed an alignment and the price was $299!! Took it to Firestone and was told no my alignment was fine. So the ONLY reason I will return is to get my 2 other free oil changes and tire rotations, after that i will be going to my own mechanic!

Service was actually done at big star Hyundai. I was impressed with my service advisor she was excellent and really helpful. My cars very first service and everything went smoothly and quickly. I was running late and they were very accommodating. I will continue having all of my vehicle maintenance performed at big star Hyundai.

They fixed multiple issues several sensor lights turned on and unable to open gas cap; luckily the car was still under warranty. So the issues fixed but no one explained what they actually did. The girl handed me the car key and said "your review only affects the guy who is been contacting you, not the department". That was very weird in my opinion!

They added in way too many costs that were not explained. We were rushed and misled. Then when we asked they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this dealership. A $25K car turned into a $35K car like magic.
