was there for oil change and tire rotation. Time spent there was less than anticipated. However the following day tire pressure to all tires dropped to 28 and 29 lbs the following day. So it seems they may have not of checked tire pressure after rotating tires.

Had a 10:15 am appointment and wasn't checked in until 10:45 . Didn't take my truck to the back until around 12:45 pm . They broke my wheel lock key and blamed that for the reason it took so long. A simple oil change took over 3 hours. Stay away from that dealership.

Big Star Ford offers a pickup/drop off service for your car which is very convenient. They have resolved any issue I've had with my vehicles. Only feedback is that I wish they communicated more while troubleshooting the vehicle - sometimes I didn't hear from them for days unless I reached out to ask.

The professionalism and the time that it took for them to service my vehicle I really liked it. What I didn't like was that the service representative that was helping me with my issue didn't respond as quickly as I would have liked to. I had to call on several different occasions, but overall everything was awesome!

I chose to wait in the updated high top in the kitchen area. It's very nice. I comfortably continued working while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. I appreciate the text messages and videos of my car's repair progress. I had an excellent visit overall. Thank you.

Came in for window service in November. The work was not done correctly and now my defrost lines don't work and water is getting in somewhere. I have e left 3 to 4 messages, called over 8 times, and emailed. No one has ever reached out to me. No one has tried to rectify the issue. Very poor communication with customers!

My truck was kept for 3.5 days to get a diagnostics. I called daily to check on my truck only to be quoted a 3000 bill. I paid the diagnostic fee but the advisor refused to give me the paperwork stating the findings. I will never return there. I will be getting a new vehicle soon but i won't be purchasing anything there.

Poor service. Not reliable. They kept the truck for a month and still didn't fix the problem...then left off some pieces so at some point we have to go back for them to complete the service correctly.

I like d that they finished my oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. However, they left the remnants of the old oil change sticker on my windshield they didn't bother to take the time to scrape it off. They didn't even wash my car.
