The service was very good and so was the service department. I only had one issue, and that was the sensor problem on my 2025 Ram truck. My truck is under 36,000 mile and the sensor problem should have been cover under my warranty but they wanted to charge me to fix it.

Left my vehicle for 6 days, 2 were weekend days, with no update or feedback. I had to call them and finally they told me the problem, but it was $249 just for them to look at the truck and an outrageous amount to fix it when compared to several other mechanics.

I took my truck in for a recall fix and ended up without my truck for almost two weeks. I was told that while they were fixing the recall, they damaged something in the steering column and I would have to wait until they could find the part to fix it. Now that I have my truck back, I have damaged panels where they had to take apart and put back the panel.

Pricing advertised was not honored at time of visit to dealership. Even when confirming upon scheduling to meet dealership. Just a deceitful tactic to get you there and make any sale. Got the run around when I asked to speak to General mgr. to discuss Horrible representation by Big Star

I asked for 3 things to be done under warranty. I owned my truck less than 2 months when I got my truck serviced the first time. 1. I had a leaky tire since I left the dealership. I asked for this to be looked at. 2. I asked for a tire rotation. 3. I asked for an oil change. I know for a fact that the tire just had air added to it, and the tires were not rotated. The tire is low again already, and it is in the same position.

Very good experience. Austin took good care of my vehicle and communicated everything well. I wish they had loaner cars; that's my only issue, because my rental vehicle was an extra $200 for this service evolution because it took "up to 72 hours for an evaluation", so I rented it for 4 days.

Dealership did a good job with the service. I had a 10:00 am appointment and got there at 9:55. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I went to check on the car and it was sitting in the driveway ready to go. After talking to a lady she finally checked me out and I was able to get out of there.
