Over a few weeks my car was being serviced. I wanted to be sure any issue minor or major was addressed just to not have any in the long run. At first I had communication issues, I spoke with Delsy she & Jasmine helped me directly offered me a loaner and my car was then fixed. I did have to return because an issue we thought was fixed was actually something else and now my car is driving good! Zach was very nice & always kept in contact.

They were very disorganized. They do not follow through with what they say after you buy your car. Need to have better managers in the sales department. Stop worrying about wearing all your rings and worry about the people you are selling too. Be a HUMAN!!

They did not want to sell a car to me because I live out of state. I wanted to work a deal over the phone. They weren't willing to do it. I bought a Cadillac from Mossy of Picayune over the phone and they delivered it. I understand this dealership is a lot further away, but I could've either flew in and picked it up or paid for transport, but the lady I talked to in sales was unwilling to work with me.

The service was very good and so was the service department. I only had one issue, and that was the sensor problem on my 2025 Ram truck. My truck is under 36,000 mile and the sensor problem should have been cover under my warranty but they wanted to charge me to fix it.

Left my vehicle for 6 days, 2 were weekend days, with no update or feedback. I had to call them and finally they told me the problem, but it was $249 just for them to look at the truck and an outrageous amount to fix it when compared to several other mechanics.

I was told that while they were fixing the recall, they damaged something in the steering column and I would have to wait until they could find the part to fix it. Now that I have my truck back, I have damaged panels where they had to take apart and put back the panel.

I asked for 3 things to be done under warranty. I owned my truck less than 2 months when I got my truck serviced the first time. 1. I had a leaky tire since I left the dealership. I asked for this to be looked at. 2. I asked for a tire rotation. 3. I asked for an oil change. I know for a fact that the tire just had air added to it, and the tires were not rotated. The tire is low again already, and it is in the same position.

Very good experience. Austin took good care of my vehicle and communicated everything well. I wish they had loaner cars; that's my only issue, because my rental vehicle was an extra $200 for this service evolution because it took "up to 72 hours for an evaluation", so I rented it for 4 days.
