Brought my car in without an appt, as my check engine light came on. Ainsley immediately took my car in. Had to wait on a loner car to finish charging, but appreciated them giving me one, Ainsley had shop foreman work on my car. Wanted to be sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Kept my car for 22 days making excuses for the delay. "Tech busy on a big project", etc. like they only have one tech. Raised the price of the repair 3 times while finger pointing at other departments for the blame. Multiple unreturned calls throughout the process. Ultimately, the repair was done and the issue seems resolved. However, I will not be returning to them for service and will warn others to avoid them with every opportunity.

Great customer service! Car wouldn't start at the airport after we returned from a trip and when we contacted the dealership to let them know it was coming in for work they were great! Got it in, got the car diagnosed and got it fixed-all while staying in contact and keeping us updated!!! Thank you so much Big Star!!!

Disliked - that I had to bring my vehicle back more than once. Lack of communication from dealership. They said they washed my vehicle each time but it was dirty each time and not just dust. Liked - Staff is respectful, but do not really seem to care.

The service was good. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I took one star off because the service was slow. It was over 24 hours before I knew what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't finished until a week after the date I was told. Thankfully a loaner vehicle was provided.

This is a great service department. The people there are always so friendly and helpful. My service advisor is Bobby Miller and he always goes above and beyond to take care of us. On this last visit, I had forgot to tell him that I needed my oil change and he not only got that added to my current service order, he delivered the car ahead of time.

Vehicle I went to see. A GLE 450. Was not ready. Windshield was cracked and needed to be changed. Rims was scuffed up. Needed polishing and interior cleaned. If looking for a Cadillac definitely go to Big Star. Not for other brand used cars.
