I was glad Issac keep me informed. I appreciated knowing that he was doing whatever it took to get my vehicle serviced. Very happy with roadside service. They were timely and efficient. Especially disappointed my transmission went out. I never expected that to happen. However, I'm extremely glad a new transmission was installed.

Mr. Bobby always make sure my car is well taken care of each time I go in for service. This time, a cat died under the hood of my car and had started decomposing. My husband tried to remove it, but he could not. They removed the dead cat, detailed my car and deodorized my car. My car does not have a dead cat smell anymore. Mr. Bobby and Big Star are my heroes.

Brought my car in without an appt, as my check engine light came on. Ainsley immediately took my car in. Had to wait on a loner car to finish charging, but appreciated them giving me one, Ainsley had shop foreman work on my car. Wanted to be sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Kept my car for 22 days making excuses for the delay. "Tech busy on a big project", etc. like they only have one tech. Raised the price of the repair 3 times while finger pointing at other departments for the blame. Multiple unreturned calls throughout the process. Ultimately, the repair was done and the issue seems resolved. However, I will not be returning to them for service and will warn others to avoid them with every opportunity.
