Horrible customer service! Left a mess in my truck, didn't even take out the floor cover, didn't wash my truck after being under diagnostics for almost 2 weeks. And then didn't even do their job correctly resulting in me having to leave it longer. Manager is just as careless as the staff.

It was easy to make an appointment with Big Star GMC Service Department. They performed an oil/filter change and rotated the tires within a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints.

Brought vehicle in for service (vibration while driving). Advisor stated previous gmc service person improperly balanced tires. I still had to pay for re-balancing. Also a part needed to be ordered. Advisor stated part would take a week. After week & a half, advisor did not respond to calls & messages. I hate I purchased an extended warranty with gmc. VERY disappointed in customer service!!!!

The oil change and time it took was just fine. It's the fact that technician forgot to put my wheel lock back in my vehicle. Worse is that they have a bunch of wheel locks, I had to bring the vehicle back to match the lock. They should have a procedure in place so this doesn't happen. I feel bad for the people that didn't know their's is missing and they get a flat on the side of the highway.

The spare change in my driver side door and 2 car wash tokens from a local car wash were stolen from my car. Also the cleaner/shiner they are suppose to spray on the tires was sprayed all over my rims and not washed off. I have left two messages for the service manager Kendra Southern concerning this and have had no return call to date. I have had my cars serviced at this location thru different owners for over 8 years.

A warranty issue was resolved that day because the service rep took extra steps to review their inventory and discovered the part was in stock. It was a minor repair so they made a special effort to get the part changed out and put my car back in the service line. There was an additional wait time, but the service rep kept me informed. Service was performed and the warranty issue resolved.

We arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and Baytown GMC-Buick's team got right to work. They provided a video overview of the multi-point inspection and then performed the required services. I believe the car was returned in less than 1-1/2 hours. It was a good experience.
