I got amazingly good service at Bug O tires. Originally I was going to go to a competitor but I knew I needed a tire alignment and they didn't offer them so I went over to Big O Tire. I thought I was going to pay a few dollars more but I think I got upgraded on the tires so I actually got a better deal.

Wonderful assistance for a repair from Getty, the store manager. I was referred to him by the Lafayette Big O who were too busy to make the repair, even though I've been a customer for over 30 years. I'll go back to Getty at Walnut Creek Big O in the future.

After scheduling an appointment, received a call that Big O would not have the tires ordered for weeks. Next day, got a call from someone else, confirming they do have the tires. Show up for the appointment, there was a lot of improper upsell attempted. The associate failed to advise me that the rebate he knew I wanted required that I charge the tires to a Big O credit card.

I was going to say 3 stars but once you get resigned to the 2 hour wait for anything, it isn't so bad. The staff there is very nice and helpful. I had new tires installed and since they quoted me a price on the wrong tire size (not their fault), they worked with me to get the price down. When I left, each tire was a different pressure so I ended up having to go back. They fixed the issue as soon as I got there.

Great friendly service took about an hour didnt like i had to pay another 13.00 above the amount of the grouppon i had already paid 49.00 for but it is what it is what are you going to do other than that i would us them again only if i have another coupon 80.00 seems high for oil change and tire rotation

Richard, who waited on me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was first in line but ended up waiting a long time for an oil change and an alignment. I needed tires but they didn't have what I wanted in stock and they said it would take 1 1/2 hours to get them in their store. I could have gotten the tires because I waited from 8:00 to 10:30. My husband and I have been going to this BIg O on N. Broadway for many years and we are in their computer system as loyal customers. Normally, I would have my husband take care of the car stuff but he passed over a year ago so I am alone and have to wait. I am not being critical but thought it took longer than expected. Had I known that in the beginning I would have come back another time.
