Most excellent. Big O Tires at Ukiah possesses the best customer service of all their stores from Santa Rosa to to Ukiah. Polite and to the point, they don't try to sell me something I don't need.

I've been a customer for 30 years and NEVER had any problems. Vic & co are prompt, laugh at my jokes, and usually handle matters on a drive-in-read-for-awhile-drive-out-contented basis.-- Today I showed up with a flattened- to-the-rim tire & faulty inflation sensers. Subaru AWD, so I needed 4 premium tires & senser replacements. Start to finish, job took 2 hours nd cost less than the tow company's estimate of about $1400 to get me from Black Bart Trail to town.
