I was at the shop for two hours for an OIL CHANGE. Unacceptable. I had a 12:00 appointment but the car wasn't taken into the shop until 12:30. Then one of the mechanics needed help with a different car so my car just sat. They didn't even drain the oil. I had a conversation with the manager.

No appointments were available for day wanting to have service performed. Business made accommodations for us to drop off the night prior to closing and said they would work it in the next day. Approximately an hour after they opened I received a text the work had been completed. Awesome!

Our car was leading fluid and I brought it to Big O to have them take a look at it. The fluid was coming from my transmission and they fixed the problem. They checked on the price of a new transmission but I wasn't ready for that yet.
