Honest, down to earth good service. They don't try and up sell you and are honest. If you have an issue with your vehicle take it here. If they cant fixed, they'll recommend you to someone who can.

We use this BigO location for all of our company vehicles and have never been disappointed. This was my first time taking them my personal vehicle and the service was Five-Star as always. They repaired my tire and installed new wiper blades. No attempts to sell me something I didn't need. They kept me informed as the work progressed, had a comfortable waiting area, and delicious coffee!

I went in to get my tire repaired. I bought my tires here but ran out of the road hazzard. The people here still repaired my tire and placed my spare back to the bottom of my truck spare area. They repaired for free and was fast. They are awesome.

Amazing. We had a ton of rain and going home I blew a tire out after hitting a pothole filled with water. I was able to get the car there first thing in the morning. They gave me a loaner tire and had a new one the following business day. Called my insurance and took care of everything. Amazing job with customer service and quality tires. Thank you.

Had my car towed in after having two tires slashed. Got there less than an hour before they closed. They didn't have an exact replacement but offered a temporarily set which allowed me to drive home. Went back the next day and got the matching tires. No extra cost

The 3.1.24 service record is not for my vehicle. I s/w Ernie at Big O TIRE in TUCSON 12.13.23 221pm . He said the previous owner of my 2013 Lexus GX460 is still their customer. His name is D**** M***** and uses the old license plate from my vehicle. Not sure why they are not using the VIN for his current vehicle. Can you assist in correcting the vehicle information in your system as it is creating errors on my carfax report?

I have been going to them for years for my tires and recently for my other car services after a bad experience at the dealership. I made the appointment with their company website, and I arrived early. I waited 2 hrs. & 20 min. get it. The appointment is a lie.
I told the guy working on my car I do have the spare tire kit and not to tighten those lug nuts too tight. I may have to change that dead tire in Tucson's weather. I cannot loosen those nuts.
I am now in the process of loosening those nuts. I do not have a air gun at all. I will not go back there.
