Manager was very friendly and helpful. They told me what the wear was on my tires, and gave me the information and pricing on the replacement tires.
They did the oil change, and even were able to put a front license plate bracket on the front of the vehicle. I needed the bracket installed because I live in California and a front plate is required there. Great service and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

Had scratching on all four wheels around each hub after balancing. Was told that this was not due to their equipment, however the truck is 4 months old and was on OE tires and had not been serviced before. Great service except that they called to tell me my car was done and since my phone blocks unknown numbers it went straight to voicemail. They called twice and didnt leave a voicemail. Hours later, I called for an update and she explained my phone went straight to voicemail! Yep. Why not leave a message?

I bought the four tires that included the alignment but I sitll feel my truck pulling to the right. I took it back and they told me everything is ok and maybe a tire rotation will fix the issue. They just put 4 brand new tires themselves less than a month and they are telling me a tire rotation might fix my isssue?
