I stopped in at Big O to get a estimate for break pads, rotors, and calipers. They gave me a estimate of $1,800. I thought that sounded a little expensive so I called around to a few other places. They all varried in price and I'm not sure why but I ended up getting the exact thing done for a total of $553.00!!! I won't be taking my car back to Big O.

call ahead for 8:00 appointment to be the first one. got there at 7:45 wait for the doors to open at 8:00. a person walk in first and what a oil change. so had to wait till 8:40. so did not have to call 3 days ahead to make appointment!! did mean nothing!

Big O is great. I recently had to put 4 new tires on my car and they found good tires for me and kept the cost down. My alternator quit on my 1990 Buick Riatta and they worked late so that I would have it back that day. I have used them for the 8 years that I have been here. Thanks Big O.

Went in for a flat tire and discovered my tire had been wearing unevenly on the inside, so we got a new one. New manager - Mike - is a TREMENDOUS service person, and I am so glad to have met him on this visit.
We looked at my past records and decided to get a new set of tires all around my safely and well-being. Looking forward to working with him and returning to Big-O Shelbyville.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. We pulled into the shop after leaving the interstate because of low tire pressure. A piece of metal was in the tire. They repaired the tire efficiently and everyone in the business was most helpful from the office staff to the service people. We cant thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend this business.

It all began when he went so far as to buy a $600 tool he needed to work on one truck, MINE ALONE. TBH it was a very enjoyable experience because I have been going there so long I am friends with everyone. Raymond & William take excellent care of my vehicle while I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and do a little socializing with other customers and employees.
