They did a great job installing my new front brakes. I had a detailed price estimate from another auto maintenance chain which they were happy to match. I like this shop because they have so many bays and technicians, which means they are doing so many cars that they can fit you into the schedule. The service writers are very nice too!

Great experience, the sale woman was very nice and knowledgeable. She showed me a picture of the damage to the inside of my rim when I came to pick up the car and was able to answer questions regarding how to fix it and if it was causing damage to my car. The car took less time than expected and they called when the car was ready. We take both of our vehicles to this location and will continue to do so.

Went to get my tires rotated since it was over due and balanced because the steering wheel was shaking a little bit. at speeds of 60+ mph. When I got it back the steering wheel now starts shaking really bad at at 45+ mph. It didnt fix the problem. It made it worst. I have to make another appointment to fix this.

Did not tell me or explain what services were performed. No copy of multi point inspection provided after asking for it. Not sure what was even really done to my car. The worker who was supposed to be helping me and answering my questions was rude and sarcastic.

Mike provided great service. I called 3 times for info and he andwered all my questions. No up selling pressure which I appreciated. Also, my tire pressure light kept coming on. Went back to my dealer three times they visually checked the tires put air in them and just said it must be a glitch in the light sensor. When big O rotated the tires they found a small nail on the inside in the back tire.
