we have been going to Big O for about 20 years and the reason we keep going back is because their staff has always been fair and honest with us regarding any repairs we have needed. In many cases another shop has suggested maintenance and they hare not found that same issue.

Excellent courteous and free extended care after I picked up a nail or screw in a tire previously purchased from and installed at the South Temple Big O. They also keep my pressure just right any time an indicator light goes on. I highly recommend this store for prompt, courteous, professional service.

We prefer to go to Big O for all of our vehicle needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm 80 and my husband is 83. He no longer drives. I make sure that everything is checked before we leave on a long road trip. Their tire prices are great. We buy the all-weather tires, and the price is worth it; they last longer and serve us well. Big O is the best service around.

I had my brakes replaced and there was a rubbing sound after I'd left. I called and they kept a bay open and fixed it right away. They explained the issue in detail and were very apologetic about my having to go back. Jason is who I spoke to and he was so friendly and helpful!

Caleb took great care of me. I dropped off my car for an oil change. The guys in the shop discovered that I needed a new engine filter. Caleb called me to see if I wanted them to go ahead and order the part and have it installed which I agreed to. They also rotated my tires without me even asking for it at no charge to me. I was pleased with the full experience.

Fixing the problem was great. Unfortunately, being told repairs had been started and would be finished the next morning and then finding out the next morning that repairs hadn't even started is very frustrating. Seems to be a problem with a lot of service centers. I need to find one who is completely upfront with how things are going.

Usually they are the best but this location was pretty off best. I asked for a tire repair and a battery and a alternator, they tested the battery and the starter!! But not only that, the young man at the counter said they tested the battery with the wrong instrument!!! So then he got my car and tested it correctly found out the alternator is good but the battery was in fact bad!

Amazing customer service. Fast. Thorough. Trustworthy. Skylar & Giovanni were incredible. They took care of my limping car by patching my tire. I was in and out in under 30 mins. They didnt even charge me a cent to do it. So impressed. Will absolutely come back when my tires need to be replaced. Highly recommend.
