Bid O Tires did a terrible job on my car. I paid $800 for them to replace the brakes, but they put on 2019 brakes when my car is a 2023. I started having issues right away, and I've been to their shop four times still dealing with brake problems. They're making noise and don't stop right away.

I went in for a wheel alignment, to then find out how bad my tires were on my vehicle when it was jacked up in the air to walk under. So, of course I had to get new tires. Sav saved me a few dollars. I appreciate that. I want to keep all my car services at one location. This may be the place. Ill.know for sure this week. Thanks

On line it said earliest appt. would not be until afternoon, but I called and they took me right away at 9:30 AM. I was in and home in under an hour. Was told about the condition of my tires and given a price on them, but no heavy handed sales pitch. My second time with Big O and will continue to use their services.

I went in before my warranty was over for my alignment and they said it would be a wait but didn't specify it would be 5 hours or more. I left and returned 3 hours later and they said they needed a couple of more hours. All they did was balance the tires and that was it.
