Service workers were friendly and helpful in explaining everything. It's just that since they were not busy (their words) my car would be next. But the guy put it up on the rack and left it there because he went to lunch I waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple job of replacing my tire sensors.

Straight forward oil change and the mechanic didn't refit the oil filter correctly and so by the time I got home the car is leaking oil everywhere and giving off blue smoke. Engine warning light came on and engine went into limp mode as I made the return journey. The front desk did a solid job and a more experienced member of the team stayed late to repair the damage as best as possible. A very stressful experience.

Great service! My tire was slowly leaking air, having to fill it up nearly every day.
At the Livermore Big O Tires they serviced me quickly (less than an hour even though it was a busy Saturday morning). Turned out there was no hole in the tire, the problem was a bad valve stem causing the leak. They replaced it free of charge! Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Big O Tires provided a quick quote and prices comparable to other places. They answered all our questions and additional concerns we had on the vehicles and they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need! Which is huge! We felt they were honest and completed the job at a timely matter.

I brought my Expedition in due to having a screw in one of my tires. Instead of the service writer taking the time to have someone look at the tire, I had to waited 2.5 hours for someone look at the tire.Then they informed me that the tired could not be repaired; a replacement will be needed. That is where the 3/5 star rating come into play.

The reason I went there was because Big O tire stripped my lugs on my left passenger tire which broke when the tire was trying to be repaired which made it unable to drive to which then I towed the car to big O tire to be repaired once again for their mistake.
