If we go with groupon codes for oil change, they do broke our packets with extra charges like additional quarter of oil and special oil filter (even for regular cars). Oil filter and tire rotation is included in my service but they didn't perform tire rotation and I was observing whole service but they lied that they did tire rotation and arguing they did..

Needed a Tire fixed because it had a small screw. They claimed I had a nail in the back side wall. Wanted to sell me a new tire. Had tires rotated and left. Went to small tire shop and got the screw out and repaired. There was no nail in the side wall.

I went in for an oil change and tire balance. The initial contact was good, however they did not perform all the work requested; specifically they did not balance the tires. I had to return for the balance which was performed without issue but that was an additional hour out of my day and time. Now, driving on the highway for the first time and it's worse than before they balanced the tires.

Terrible! Had to go back 3xs while under warranty for them to fix the same thing! Martin is the worst manager I know for servicing the public. Very defensive type of attitude and no sympathy- never apologize for the inconvenience of me having to go back on 3 different occasions. Dont waste your time and money at the BABCOCK location. Bad Service all around!

I had bought new tires through a different Big O, they could not seen to get my new tires balanced after 5 attempts and different tires, still not balanced and vibration was worse. So I tried this location, they got me right in, tires are balanced and no vibration. Customer service at both locations was great, but the staff at this location was able to correct my issue thank you. This will be my new go to Big O

fraudulent service or oil change. Ive run not more than 500 miles since my previous oil change with this business on Babcock Rd. when checked in because of the grinding noise they said there was only 1.5 quarts of oil meaning the last time was an insufficient fill. They accepted that there was no leak which is a clear indication that they did not fill it enough in my last visit. They charged almost full oil change price for a top up.

They were busy but get me in without an appointment. Had the oil changed and the tires rotated/balanced. Staff were friendly and didnt try to push anything. It did cost more that the Groupon, but the V8 in the F150 takes more than the 5 qrts allowed with the groupon

I had a great experience at Big O. Jesse was very helpful. He even looked online to tell me where I could go get my car inspected for my registration. My appointment was right on schedule and they finished my oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to patronize the location on Babcock in San Antonio, TX.

They are good for oil changes but I have had a terrible noise in my car for months and I asked them to look at it and they said it was nothing there now its louder and I have to spend more money to find out what it is and fix it.
