I called and made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time, got checked in immediately and added a slow leak to be fixed. I waited in the lobby a bit and they showed me the cabin filter needed replaced. They finished, including the slow leak fix, in about an hour.
I've been going to this store for more than 10 years. Although most of the service writers have changed, the service has remained at a very high level.

I've gotten my oil changed and tires rotated for years here and it's always my go to place. However this time it took over two hours when in the past it's been an hour. I understand they were down a technician but they could have informed me if that so I could have informed my hubby as he was waiting for me to pick him up. Some open communication and common courtesy would have been appreciate.

I went to get my tires checked out and was told I needed new tires. Riley ordered my tires and set up my appointment to have them installed. I would highly recommend Riley at Big O as he was honest and very helpful in ordering the right tires for my car
