2 hours to rotate tires and replace one air pressure sensor. Screwed up all tire pressure sensors when they replaced the wrong one. Told me they should replace more (@$116 ea). After 2 hrs I was out of time to be out out from work so I had to go the "Karen" route. This is NOT typical for Big O. Usually professional. Cedar Bluff Rd store wasn't on their game that day

We had an 8:00 appointment (the 1st of the day) and it took 1.5 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation because unscheduled walk-ins were allowed to take staff away. The manager did allow for a small discount. I believe that scheduled work takes priority and walk-ins get worked in.

Took my Sons car in for an oil change and to get the tires rotated. I was told the lugs were swollen and the rotation was not done due to that. The counter guy calls to get a price for the lugs and quoted me $195. Dayumm! Advance just right up the street had them for $40.99.
Thats not looking out for your customers.

I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. They gave me a good deal on 2 tires for my truck. While I was there I decided to go ahead and order 2 more. I went back last week and had the other 2 put on. They were very helpful and honest. They worked fast and efficiently.

Waited for 20 minutes after the vehicle was completed before being called to the desk. Was told that my tire could not be repaired - I came in for an oil change. Was not given the vehicle diagnostic sheet, but was told "everything looked fine".
The previous management is greatly missed.

Where free replacement costs $50, you are charged tax on labor and the people behind the counter lie to your face. Same day service turns into 4 days. Open at 7:30am but no one is there till 7:45, I have to get to work... where they close at 6pm but doors are locked at 5:45. This place is a joke

Before even exiting my vehicle the lovely and charming Brandon met me outside to see what they could do for me, I needed an oil change and everything was painless. Had a wonderful little chat with the owner and before I knew it, my Captain (Aw-LEE-Vaaa) Brody and I were on our way. Clean, reasonable and very customer service oriented.
