Came in for a tire repair and added a rotation while I was there, my appointment was at 10 am.
At 10.30am one of your attendants came in and told me I needed all new shocks and 4 new tires. This jeep is 2 years old and has 36,000 miles on it,.
He said the wear pattern showed the shocks were all bad. The wear pattern was fine and I have it in for regular oil changes and inspections at my Jeep dealership regularly and not once have they mentioned the "issues" he was trying to sell me on.
Took 1.5 hours to get out of there for a tire repair. The store was not busy at all and I can see why. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I had no actually service and it had nothing to do with the car listed. I was originally told they could order a tire but when I went in I was informed that they in fact did not carry that make/model of tire . So no service was provided.
