I'm not rating them a 1 star for service, it just that they said they could not help me. They said they could not service my tire because they were the original run flat tires that came with the car. The car has low miles and is barely driven, so the tires are not bad (proof when he measure the tread), I just have one that keeps losing air, and I wanted to know why.

Great Quality Customer Service. Manager and Mechanic Specialist are very thorough walking me through what needed to be done by showing me personally where the problem was and why. I love when we're allowed to go in the bay area and be shown on our car what is needed to be fix and where and why. That is why I have trust in Big O Tire.
