Tire part was great. Great tires, solid pricing. However, they lied about my brakes. Told me 2mm and 4mm remaining and recommended $1100 replacement with rotors, got a second opinion from actual brake shop and found out brakes are actually 4mm and 6mm and in no need of replacement.

In three visits, one for tire replacement and two for included rotate and balance, not once did they inflate the tires to the correct specs. Pretty basic for a tire shop. I felt taken advantage of when they kept 'finding more necessary parts' to complete suspension work that totalled $800 more than the estimate.

Had to go 6 times within 1 month. They installed the wrong sensor, couldn't repair a flat etc. TPMS light kept coming on, they had a new excuse each time. Then finally i paid for 4 new tires. Expecting to get rid of the headache. They only installed 1 tire. I had 3 bald tires and 1 new one. unbelievable!? extremely rude staff, even the gm couldn't give me any respect. if you care about your vehicle don't bring it here.

Brought in my car to be looked at and have some work done. Got a quote on the work that needed to be done and then go to do the work they call back saying that they need to do more work to the area that they looked at and worked on. Could have saved me time telling me the proper stuff in the first place. Now I'm without a car and question if they really looked at my car and did any work on it.

Good service. Timely. However, the had the rear tires (which have an actual "inside" and "outside" marking on the tires) inside out. This was noticed by my regular mechanic 2 weeks later when doing routine service/inspection so I had to return to the Big O to have that corrected BUT they di won up to their mistake and corercted the issue in a timely fashion (~1 hour) at no charge.

Did not align, said they wouldn't.
Left filth and grease all over interior upholstery.
Did not top fluids.
Had a 3pm appointment. They started on car at 3:45. Car sat on alignment rack for 45 minutes while nothing was done. Car released at 5:05. Only the oil was changed in that time period.

I bought the hazzard coverage when I bought the 4 tires. On this visit, a metal road hazzard destroyed the sidewall.
They replaced the tire, no questions ask.

NOT GOOD!!!!! I had bubble in tire, was told replacement was under warranty. After waiting 4 hours for them to change the tire, I was told2 tires had bubbles and it was $110. No one ever mentioned cost for mounting and disposal. Its all under warranty. 4 HOURS TO CHANGE 2 TIRES
I have been to this store 3x and each time the pricing is different, more expensive than quote given. Not just by a couple of dollars .. $35+ or more
