The employee helped me find a place to park a cargo trailer I was towing then got my truck into a service bay in a timely manner for a rotation and balance and also repaired a slow leak in one tire.
The service was speedy enough to allow me to stay on schedule. The employees seemed to care.

Took my truck in for them to figure out why my airbag lift system lost pressure. The technician fixed the air leak and found the nut tholds the ball joint on driver side was not threaded on all the way and re tightened it. All this at no charge! Great customer service.

I had my tires rotated service was great my rims secured not loose didn't fall off the tires when I drove my car back home I had a bad experience with another Big O Tires when my tires were rotated the employee who took off my tires and rotated my tires didn't secure one of the rims on the driver's side was loose and rolled off into the street

I won't use Big O Tire after they ruined a rear axle on my truck and refused to fix it! If my truck was sent to them for work by a local body shop, I'm suing the shop for disregarding what I said about not using Big O Tire for my truck! I wish there were negative ratings!!!!!

Everybody were friendly and helpful. They replaced my 2 batteries on my diesel in less than an hour. The only problem was that they did not reinstall the material that was surrounding the original batteries. I called my mechanic that I trust completely and he told me not to worry. Will definitely take my car there to replace my battery. I need to do it before the battery fails.

They were able to help me out in a short notice, and were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The only issue I had was that I was told what my tire pressures were set at, but then inspected them and found them to be inflated to the maximum pressures instead.

Easy in out service. Had made an appoint online with tires in cart. Tires where in, removed snow tires, bagged them and loaded in the back, mounted all season new tires and balance in under an hour. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional. Well go there again.
