Was not given an estimate of wait time. Was pushed to purchase more than needed, as went to another shop before hand and they said I only needed one small thing fixed and it would be quick. I waited three hours for a job that took 15 minutes.
The staff were nice, just systems seem to not be in order.

Big O fixes flats for free! One of my tires picked up a nail and had lost a lot of air pressure while we were on a trip - so we stopped by to have it checked out. 30 minutes later we were back on the road. They were great! I still have them a generous tip, even though I was charged nothing.

car was dirty inside on the roof liner after a simple oil change. can't fathom how that would happen. Called and then retured to BigO next morning where one of the mgrs used foam cleaner to clean it. They did the right thing but i should not have had to return to them because the got my car interior dirty
