My visit was horrible. I was overcharged and did not get the price match I was promised from Big O. I showed Josh a copy of the invoice I received from Smiths Automotive but instead of discounting the part completely he only took 70 dollars off the price and said that was the best he could do. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He claimed afterwards that I showed him a invoice from Amazon on the part but it was in fact from another shop and he should know the difference. I will never go back to this Big O. The hub they installed was not right part either and I had to come back to get the job done right and after they did the job the second time they didn't even bother to do the wheel alignment. The employees here at this establishment are liars and cheats especially Dustin and Josh. They are hibicual liars. I would also like to speak to the owner to get Dustin and Josh both terminated.
