All in all, a job well done. However, the repair has not been finalized. Whereas the car is minimally drivable, they still need need to replace a part that is on order. They were expecting the part to be in this past Friday (05/23) and they were supposed to call me to install the part, but apparently the part didn't arrive and I wasn't informed of the situation. I'm still waiting!!

Went in for tires .. try to sell me everything .. shocks,hubs,idler arms ... Almost went through with it .. decided not to .. Scott was cool at first but when I decided not to do the work he acted shady try to pass me off to Jesse .. who try to lower prices like why not offer the best price off the get go... Abs light goes off apparently because it was bad and I hadn't taken off the tires . Even though it wasn't on before ..

The Big O team at Austin Bluffs PRKY. have been great throughout the years I've been going to this location. Scott W. was able to get my truck in without an appointment to take care of a valve stem that was leaking and the technician noticed some inner wear on the tires. The alignment was checked and the adjustments were completed while I waited at the shop.

I came in to get 1 tire repaired because of a slow leak. It needed to be replaced do to the location of the damage. After replacing my tire they didn't put the spare back, they just left it in the trunk and tried to charge me the full price for my new tire even though I had a tire protection plan and only needed to pay for service

It was easy to schedule a time for a Healthy Car Special. The work was done at the estimated time of completion. I got a heads up on the need for new tires. While I was unable to cover the cost of new tires in late November, I will be getting that done this month.
Big O Tires remains my go to place for auto repairs.

Took over an hour even though I had an appointment. No one advised me of any warranty involving the new tire I just purchased. No guidance was received in regard to any available - less expensive tire for replacement. Spent $183.00 on one tire! Not very professional.
